Ultra-thin Titanium layers are stacked, purged with inert argon gas, and heated above 2000°F to forge-weld into a single Damascus billet, then stretched and folded to create flowing, interlocking waves.

Through thermal oxidation, the surface reveals opalescent color, so every piece is visually one-of-one. Each case is CNC-machined from that single billet (never assembled), preserving Arc Pulse’s sculptural minimalism and precision pressure-fit for iPhone 17 Pro Max.
